number 7

ps the number "7" signifies many meanings:
1. for the greeks it is a magical digit
2. it is the 4th prime number
3. to disney it meant a film named "snow white and the seven dwarfs" in 1937.
4. for the christian religion the number "7" in the seven days of creation is typological and the number seven appears commonly elsewhere in the bible.
5. in buddhism, buddha walked 7 steps at his birth.
6. in japanese mythology, the seven lucky gods refer to the seven gods of good fortune.
7. in galician folklore, a seventh son will be a werewolf.
8. in wiccan spirituality the number seven is said to hold a lot of divinity.
9. in astronomy it is the number of stellar objects in the solar system visible to the naked eye from earth. as well it is the number of main stars in the constellations of the big dipper and orion.
10. in biology almost all mammals have 7 cervical vertebrae and is the number of spots on a seven-spot ladybird.
11. in physics isaac newton identified 7 colors of the rainbow – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
12. in music it is the number of notes in the traditional western major scale and the original diameter in inches of the 45rpm format gramophone record.

seven: sevens deal with magical forces. sevens deal with esoteric, scholarly aspects of magic. representative of scholarly activities, mystery, and the focused search for esoteric meanings. seven deals with the activation of imagination and manifesting results in our lives through the use of conscious thought and awareness.

ps for me #7 is mystery and magic that i can not live without....
